Beverage and FMCG in Danish retail

The shelf talks. Fieldfare listens.

One system for everything: the week's routes, the store ratings, the shelf data, and the reports that automatically follow.

In the store

Everything starts at the shelf.

Stock, questions, photos and orders are recorded during the visit and counted the moment the rep checks out. The data is live, so managers can follow the results of the day.

CVR data

42,721 stores in the system.

Fieldfare reads the public CVR register: every active retail, on-trade and foodservice company in Denmark, refreshed weekly.

How Fieldfare utilizes the CVR registry

  1. 01

The register acts as your store list

42,721 active companies from the public CVR register, refreshed weekly, each carrying an address and an industry code.

  2. 02

Updated independent storefronts give Fieldfare users the edge

Chain stores are a small part of the register. The rest are independent grocers, kiosks, bars and restaurants. Fieldfare covers them all.

  3. 03

    Territories are easily divided

Assign a rep a postal code and every company inside it comes with the territory. Coverage is measured against what exists today.

In the store

Populated data before the visit starts.

The rep opens the store and its sales history is already loaded: this year against last, by category and by product. Your own questions are answered at the shelf, and every answer feeds the store's rating.

  2. 02

    Check in at the door

The visit opens on arrival and closes with a summary. The data taken is updated through the whole system.

  3. 03

    Your questions at the shelf

Tick boxes, counts and free text, set per brand. Every answer feeds the store rating.

A day on the route

Follow the day through the city.

Smart Plan booked the route. The line is Mette's Tuesday, stop by stop, as it was driven.

Map artwork slot: drop the city illustration at public/marketing/city-map.webp and the stops light up over it.

In the office

Visit data and sales data become automatic reporting.

The dashboard updates live as reps check out, so a report carries the current numbers whenever it is sent, on a schedule or on demand.
